Meet Elvis! Some people call him by his nickname, “Ellis”, but he doesn’t care either way! Elvis is around a year and a half old and approximately 60 lbs. He is a playful and energetic boy! He is looking for an active family and a home with a fenced-in yard. Elvis does great with dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and personalities. He is laid-back in the sense that he is just here to make friends and never causes any problems. His future family should be prepared to teach him basic obedience, as well as leash etiquette, as he does not have much on-leash experience. Once he gets more used to walking on a leash, he would make an excellent walking, running, or hiking partner! His family should also be prepared to handle his anxiety of new places, new people, and new things. He has no experience living in a home and will need to be taught the rules of the house, including potty training. Elvis can be very nervous and fearful, due to the conditions he was previously living in. His family should be patient, quiet, and gentle while he adjusts. Elvis deserves what he sees all of his friends around him getting - loving, forever families!
