Elsa Terrier Birmingham, MI

Elsa’s estimated birthdate is 1/16/2023. Elsa was brought to us by the police in January of 2024. She was chained to a door of an abandoned house in Detroit. We rushed her to the ER vet and her body was dangerously low, dehydrated, emaciated with frostbite on ears and paws. She would have never have made it another night if the police didn’t find her.

We are happy to announce that after a couple of months of medical care and a warm and loving foster home Elsa is healthy and thriving and ready to find her forever home! Elsa loves to play with balls and play in a water filled kiddie pool. She may do well with other dogs after a slow introduction. Unknown how she is with cats. Children 10 years old and older. Her forever home need a fully enclosed physically fenced yard. She is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations as well as house and crate trained. Elsa is so excited to be healthy and cannot wait to meet her forever family!!

All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year attend 1 obedience class (6 week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI to adopt one of our dogs. No out of state or outside the U.S. adoptions or fosters. Elsa’s adoption fee is $300.
