Eleanor Chihuahua Mix Westfield, NY

Little senior girl Eleanor was found roaming in a local community. As no one came to claim her, she came to NCCR for her second chance. Currently in foster care, she gets along fine with other dogs. From her foster mom: "Eleanor is approx 10years old. So very sweet & quiet. She is very happy, loves to cuddle & eat!! She appears to have not had much exercise or outdoor time. The result of this poor indoor potty behavior. We spend a lot of time in the yard with her foster buddies and she enjoys exploring & gets a spring in her steps. She fuss’s when she is picked up, I think the result was being dropped, be cause she is truly afraid, we are working on that. Just had her dental done. She is truly a joy!

We do adopt out of state, however we do not transport or ship dogs. Potential adopter must be able and willing to travel to the Rescue to meet the dog they are interested in.
