Hello – My name is Edna and I am a shit-zu, not only in looks, but personality too and I own every bit of it. Like all of us, I have preferences and am very clear about them.

I prefer a quiet and peaceful home, with no kids, no other dogs, minimal guest traffic and a place where I can have my own space. While in foster, I have shown I prefer to be with female and older humans. My foster Mom’s Mom is my favorite person, but I do not always like my foster Mom.

I am not a cuddly dog and prefer my space and have set very clear personal boundaries. I do however, LOVE my walkies and am treat/food motivated! I enjoy strolls and will sometimes roll on my back for a belly rub. For short periods of time I like to be pet and loved on, wants snuggles, do zoomies, tries to climb on foster Mom’s Mom lap for pets and will follow her around.

I would love a home with a human companion that can be patient with me and respect my boundaries, space and time it will take for me to warm up. This could be weeks or months. Someone who works from home and just lets me do my thing for a while would be ideal. If you are my person, I will be a great doggo. We all choose our friends, right, I am choosey as well.
