Edamame's Story

Edamame (aka Ed) is an absolutely adorable low rider and a perfect size for couch snuggles. He is a super sweet guy, house trained and trustworthy inside alone. Ed does well walking on a leash, and likes a slow pace to allow for sniffari activities, unless he spies a squirrel. He is happy to get to go for car rides and proudly sits in his car seat ready to be your copilot. Ed is not a high energy dog but has perked up now that his HW treatment is finished. He can be a bit shy around new people but enjoys soft, friendly petting. Thunderstorms, fireworks and similar loud/unexpected noises do make him nervous. Ed is good with a similar size dog in his foster home. He showed little to no interest in a cat during visits by his non-resident feline foster brother.
