What is The Animal Rescue Center of California’s adoption process?

Our focus is on the animal. We want to make sure all our rescues go to loving homes that will give them the proper care and attention they need. We will not adopt to a home that keeps their dogs outside only. Before we adopt a dog out, we will visit the home to make sure living conditions are appropriate.
