Meet Duke

Duke is a very handsome, short and stout bully mix. He originally came to MHCR from a shelter in Texas where he was seized due to extreme neglect. Duke's ears were swollen shut and oozed pus and infection. He was deaf and needed surgery pretty desperately to relieve his pain. He's on the mend now and doing great in his foster home. He's good with female dogs and adores kiddos. Duke gets a bit nervous when he's alone, so a family that's around often and can include him in their comings and goings would be best. Duke is in foster in Niwot. His adoption fee is $350. REQUIREMENTS: 1. No apartments 2. No breed ban areas 3. Female resident dog (or no dogs).
