Dude Labrador Retriever & Beagle Mix Houston, TX

This handsome baby boy was born on or around July 19, 2022 and is closing in on 30 lbs at around 6 months old.  He is very playful, walks great on a leash, and loves ice cubes.  He is not really a barker but he does a little howl if he misses you so he definitely prefers to be with his humans and other animals. 

He likes a busy house - he was a nervous boy at first but having the other dogs in his foster home has really helped him to build confidence.  His foster mom says he is so loving and that every morning they get up for potty and afterward he jumps into bed with her and loves on her for about 10 min then naps until it is time to wake up - what an angel!  He will follow you from room to room to see what you're up to but overnight he does sleep in his kennel in his foster parents bedroom.

He does best on a schedule for eating, pottying, playing and sleeping.  He has no fear of weird weather, will play in the rain, sleep when it's thundering or sunbathe as long as you'll let him.  He leaves the squirrels alone and just watches them - how peaceful.
