Meet Drey

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Chi Mix | 1 yr. | 9 lbs. | Adoption Fee $425.00 Drey is the sweetest, little guys once he learns to trust you. It took him 2 weeks to trust me ( his foster Mom ), but from the moment he did it was like a light switch and he has been a total love bug ever since! He is teeny tiny at only about lbs.!

We have no idea what happened in his past to make him so unsure when meeting new people, but we can only imagine give his initial reaction to new people. To make matters worse for this sweet nugget, when he was found by animal control they used a catch pole to get him. Poor dude was likely even more traumatized from that.

He is crate trained and doing great on a leash! He does however still need some work on going potty while on a leash as he usually goes in our yard which is completely fenced with a 6 foot wood fence. He will bark/ howl if he is in his kennel to let you know he needs to go potty.

He has been curious with toys, but not super interested in traditional dog toys. He seems toreally enjoy puzzle toys though

We will not let this adorable dude be adopted into a home with young human kiddos or a home without a fenced in yard. We make a commitment to find our animals the best possible fit and set them up for success and we feel these items are key for Dre to be successful and thrive in his new home.

Completion of an Adoption Application via our website (www.RescueCrew.org) is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is the first step in the adoption process.

All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.

The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.

For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online adoption application here as well.
