Drew is accepting applications for adopters who are interested in picking her up on June 5th when she arrives! Drew and her siblings are the perfect reason why one should spay/neuter their dogs, as they happened as an accidental litter and the owner cannot care for all the dogs. At 6 months old now, Drew is looking for her forever home (yes she is a female even with the name Drew). She is still all the fun of a puppy including finishing off potty training, crate training and taking her to obedience, but old enough she can hold her bladder longer than a few hours. We know for sure they are pointer mixes, but unsure what they are mixed with - collie or lab are our best guesses. Needless to say they will need a home ready to put in the training and exercise they will need to keep them happy! Due to puppy teeth being razor sharp and being too young to know what is/isn't okay to chew/mouth, we are prioritizing adoptive homes without very young children to ensure positive experiences for all! One sharp toothed playful mouthing can be a very scary thing for young kids. Drew, and her siblings, arrive on June 5th and are ready to go home that day. They will come spayed and up to date on preventative care as age appropriate.

Due to COVID we have changed our adoption process slightly! With trying to limit contact between fosters and adopters, foster availability and other various factors, our dogs are looking for someone to commit to taking them upon arrival in Minnesota. This means if they are arriving upcoming, they are not available for meeting prior to taking them home. The good news on this is you get two weeks once you take them home to ensure they are the right fit for your and really get to see how they are in your home. We understand that this does not work for everyone or every situation, but in order to be able to save more dogs it really has worked well for us. This dog arrives on 6/5 and is available to go home with their new family for the 2 week trial that day.

Requirements: Home with yard space.

Adoption Fee: $475 + tax. This includes neuter/spay, current vaccinations as age appropriate, heartworm/tick testing if appropriate, deworming, microchip, and current preventatives
