Drake Jack Russell Terrier Toronto, ON

My name is Drake and I am about 3 years old and I am a King Jack Russell. Being a bigger guy, I have the personality to match and so I really need a parent(s) that will know that I need rules and structure and a quiet life. A home in the county that would be so great, and not too many visitors as I will need to adjust and I get nervous when too many people are around. On the flip side I am a bit bigger so would keep you safe from anyone trying to come in and steal cookies, etc.

I don’t mind rules but I need to run to play and burn off all my energy. I will get stressed out with kids around, and lots of people so please that is not the life for me.

I should be an only dog, and I am very loving and full of wiggles but I must never be in charge. I need a strong Alpha leader to guide me and show me how to enjoy life and not get into mischief. I will be a loyal, loving dog and reward you love and direction with my whole heart.

I am not for the faint of heart, but need a parent that will give me the firmness and guidance that will allow me to reach my full potential.

Oh I love playing ball and will bring it back in and drop it right into your lap, so that is a good way for me to burn off energy.

I am really a very good boy, but I have special needs and I know there is a special person out there waiting for me to come and be part of their life. If you think this is you and you can give me the security and structure I need, I will be so happy to call you my family and will love you forever.
