Dozer Labrador Retriever Mix Cumming, GA

Hunka, hunka burning love and a chunka, chunka couch potato is the perfect description for Dozer. This 75 lb / 8 yr old chocolate lab is SO laid back and mellow, he would make the perfect companion to someone who is not very active.

Dozer does need to lose some weight, as it would definitely benefit his health and stamina. A healthy low cal diet, and multiple short walks or some backyard exercise to stretch those legs are all this chocolate lab mix boy needs to get him a bit more fit.

He is house trained and good with all people & kids, as well as dogs. But if he is the only dog, thats just fine by him. He walks great on a leash right by your side. True to his name, Dozer loves to doze in the sunshine, or next to his person. Super easy, friendly & loving pup.

Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.

Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
