Meet Dozer
Meet Dozer! He is a 3 year old, 60 pound bully mix boy!!!
He was found as a stray in Houston, Texas. No one came for him so he’s with us now. Here’s what his Texas foster said:
“When we got him he was so sad. He’s now playing with toys and playing with our Weimaraner. He has been with two other small dogs for a meet and greet and did fine. He definitely can’t be around cats. He tried to hurt my cat. He’s so sweet and just wants to be loved. He can be a little pushy when trying to get in your lap or jumping but I’m working on that. I have no idea how long he was roaming the streets but it seems like he might have been someone’s pet. He’s tentative sometimes with noises. I’m afraid to take him off lead when meeting other dogs because I don’t know his history but he’s been great so far with our dog and our 4 year old. He did pee in the house once so I’ve been making sure to take him out and praise him when he goes.”
Dozer does well with his foster siblings but may have a hard time meeting other dogs on a leash. Slow intros are best for this boy. He is untested with cats.
He is now in MA and ready for his forever family to come meet him!
