Public Animal Welfare Services's Adoption Policy

All adopters must be over the age of 18. Adopters must be able to provide a photo ID. Adopters will be required to fill out an application as well as sign an agreement to spay/neuter their pet as well as get them their rabies vaccination (if the animal has not had these done yet). We believe in open and transparent adoption policies to make adoption accessible for everyone.
