Meet Dore
Hi! My name is Dore! I have had a tough start in life and I am hoping it can only get better. My mommy, Gracie, my siblings, and I were dumped at a church parking lot in Opa Locka, Florida. Luckily for us, a good Samaritan rescued us and brought us to Big Dog Ranch Rescue to find our FURever homes! That was last July and I had a home for a bit, but my people weren't taking care of me very well, so now I'm back, and I want my next home to REALLY be FURever. I'm a bit shy and a little bit untrusting now that I'm back, but I'm really sweet once I am comfortable. Treats definitely help! I've been getting along well with other dogs, and I'm adjusting to my new human pals. I am a bit on the shy to timid side and I would prefer a home with older humans like teens, adults, and seniors who I know will be nice and know how to treat me. I really am a total softie, I just need someone to go nice and slow with me in a happy, peaceful home so I can remember what it's like to be someone's beloved dog!
