Dookie has been fostered at W&S since he was released from the trash bag he and his siblings were discovered in at a mere four weeks old. As one of the infamous #TrashBagPups, Dookie has grown from a sweet-faced, impish pup into a smart, funny, affectionate young dog who loves to play, snooze on the couch, and run with his friends. His personality is one of the most playful and inquisitive we know. Sometimes, that gets him into a little trouble, but most of the time, he thinks it's just fine to explore and adventure.<br/><br/>Dookie will need a loving home and leashed walks or plenty of room to run through the woods or fields. He digs, he climbs fences, but only because he wants to experience everything the world has to offer, and then spend the rest of the day snuggling on the couch.<br/><br/>Dookie and his siblings are a mix of Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Border Collie, and Australian Kelpie, making them wonderfully talented, agile, and smart... with hearts of absolute gold. Dookie is no exception to this rule, with his sweet and playful personality that gets him into trouble, while he melts your heart with his adoring gaze and twinkle in his eye.<br/><br/>Stats:<br/>- 1.5 year old Mixed Breed (Pit Bull, Staffy, Border Collie, Kelpie)<br/>- Neutered, up-to-date vaccines & preventatives<br/>- Microchipped<br/>- Crate trained (food, treats, bedtime, naptime, and when humans are out of the house)<br/>- Potty trained<br/>- Leash trained (will still pull when excited)<br/>- LOVES to show off his tricks from his obedience training<br/>- LOVES outside adventures and couch snuggles<br/>- Will climb all fences and dig out<br/>- Needs to only be leash walked or live where he can roam safely and come inside for hugs, food, etc<br/>- LOVES to hug humans<br/>- Great with other dogs, cats, and people (after he warms up to them)<br/>- Class clown who knows the rules but doesn't always care to follow them
