Meet Donny
Donny is a sweet, friendly beagle who was found stray in rural Virginia. He is about a year old and weighs 15 lbs. He is very frightened of the world around him and will take some time to get adjusted to all the sights and sounds in and around a home.
Donny will only be placed in a home with another resident dog as he needs the companionship and support from another pup. Donny is afraid to walk on a leash so a fence yard is a must. Donny likes to be the center of attention so will likely do well once he gets settled into a home. The fact that he LOVES food will also help! Donny will arrive in Massachusetts February 23rd.

About our rescue
We are a foster based rescue. Our dogs are in foster homes throughout the area or in some cases in the south waiting to be transported north. We do not have a physical shelter. However, meet and greets are set up for approved applicants.
Our Adoption Process

If you'd like to apply, our application is available at the link above. Once we review your application one of our Adoption Counselors will be in touch to review it with you. Once the phone interview is completed, we will check your vet reference as well as a personal reference and conduct a home visit.
