Hello everyone! My name is Donnie!

I am a sweet, goofy boy whose personality is emerging more and more every day as I get settled with my humans. Was in pretty bad shape when I arrived at the shelter, but the wonderful people at Passion For Pitties were so kind to pull me and give me a chance at a better life.


Below is a little bit more about me:

• Super SWEET with humans and am the biggest cuddle bug ever! Enjoy pets and will melt your heart as you look into my eyes!
• Because I’m a big lug, I would do best with a family of adults or one with older children.
• Don’t tell me I’m not a lap dog. If you’re sitting down, that lap is mine!
• LOVE my humans so much, that it’s hard for me when we are apart. Have so much love to give and just want to say “hello.” Looking for a kind soul that will give me the reassurance I need.
• Overall obedience is excellent and know all the basic commands. I’ve been told I’m an A+ student!
• Enjoy going on walks and am great on a leash.
• I am generally well-behaved around other dogs on walks, but would probably be best to be the only pet in the home.
• Am eager to please and just need to learn what you want from me.
• Ideally would have a home with a yard to play in.
• Potty-trained and crate-trained as well.


I am a sweetheart who really wants a family to help me become the best dog ever. A family that can help me to realize the happy, loving life that I deserve! Will that be you?
