Dixie Labrador Retriever Mix Puyallup, WA

Meet Dixie! She will be a year old on 12/15 and weighs 40 pounds. She is good with kids, cats and other dogs. She absolutely loves to play with other dogs and toys, but also loves to snuggle. She is potty trained and loves her crate. She is spayed, UTD on vaccines and microchipped. Dixie is such a good girl that has been waiting months for her forever home.

From her foster: “Dixie is a loving little lady with a ton of energy and a heart full of affection. She is extremely treat motivated, making her easy to train and eager to please.

Dixie has a zest for life—she loves hiking, walks, and camping adventures! While swimming isn't her favorite activity, she'll happily get her feet wet. She does well in the car overall, although she occasionally experiences car sickness.

You’ll be pleased to know that Dixie is crate trained and actually enjoys her crate, especially when she has a bone to keep her company!

Dixie adores children and showers them with kisses regularly—it’s clear she has a special place in her heart for them! Her favorite toys are those that she can chew on, and you'll often find her outside having a blast playing with her canine friends.
