Hello! I'm Dixie and I'm a sweet and petite little honey of a girl. I'm about 35 pounds and quite compact. I'm almost two years old so I'm an adult now but I still have lots of fun puppy energy. I love to play with toys! I can play with toys on my own and I really love people too so it's also very fun to play fetch and tug-o-war. I like plush stuffies and squeak toys and I also like to have the durable chewing kind of toys and bones.

To be honest, there really isn't a toy I've met that I didn't like! In fact, we can extend that to people too -- I haven't met a person I didn't like either! I enjoy meeting people and being social. I meet people in a friendly way. I have a happy and cute personality that makes you want to be near me.

In my first family -- before I was rescued -- I had a small life without walks, play time, outside time, or enough interaction for a cute little puppy like me. Now, in my adopted life with my new family what I would like is to be loved and cared for by people that enjoy interacting with me, walking with me, playing with me, and teaching me fun stuff.
