Meet Ditch
My story began in a ditch, and that's how I got my name. I'm a proud Catahoula Leopard Dog, and I'm here to tell you a bit about myself. Life started out a little rough for me, but I'm one resilient pup. I'm a strapping 30 pounds, and I'm still growing and learning every day. My name's Ditch and I am a male Catahoula with a unique coat pattern of white and brindle that sets me apart in a crowd. At 10 months old, I am currently working on my house manners (house, crate and leash training). My nature is playful and energetic and I can see myself being a great running or hiking buddy! I get along with other dogs and older kids (I might knock little ones over in my excitement). I have a soft side too and I love being close to my family, receiving all the love and attention I can get. I do need a secure fenced yard to run and play in because I have this natural urge to explore. I am hoping for a family who is unconditionally loving, patient, and committed to my training. Even though my life started in a ditch, my story won't end there! In the next chapter of my life, I am ready to be a faithful and loving companion!
**As a reminder, puppies will need lots of time and attention during the first year. Before adopting me, please make sure that you have enough time, energy and commitment to devote to my training. Puppies need a lot of care, so everyone in your household should be on board and ready to help out**
**Rescue One is unable to provide an exact prediction of how big or small your rescue puppy will become when full grown. Any approximation provided is no guarantee.**
