Hi! I'm Dimitri!
I was rescued from San Antonio, Tx where I was emaciated and perhaps a distemper survivor. Don't worry, I am a healthy boy now and I have been well taken care of and gained much needed weight. I'm on the small side for my breed, but that just makes me cuter! I am about 3 years old and just under 40lbs.
I've been called a goofball because I like to bite at the water from the hose, splash around in my pool and toss around my toys.
I love to play and get affection from people. I am good playing with dogs but only outside, inside I get a little protective of my home and toys. I would also do best in a home without cats. I am great with kids! In fact, I am currently living with a little girl who is my favorite person.
My ideal home would be one with a big yard so I can run around and where I am the only pet so I can get all the love and attention.
