Diesel German Shepherd Dog Mix Madras, OR

Diesel came in as a owner surrender due to not being able to to keep him any longer. He is 5 years old and weighs 87 pounds. He is a friendly boy and LOVES water and playing ball. He knows how to sit sometimes but he could use some obedience refresher course. Does not seem to mind the dogs sharing the fence line in the park yards. We do not recommend him with small dogs. He has grown up with kids and babies and other dogs but he would need to do a meet and greet with another dog if a potential adopter had another dog in the home. He has been an inside/outside dog and used a doggie door. Doesn't seem to be a big barker in the play yards. He will be ready on Aug 16th. But a $25 hold fee can hold him until he is ready to go and that fee goes towards his adoption fee. If you are local, you may qualify for our foster to adopt program.
