Meet Didymus, a 6 year old Terrier mix. Didymus is an adventurous boy looking for a home filled with toys, beds and cuddles. He comes from an outdoor hoarding situation but is thriving in his foster home. He may come off a little scared in the beginning, but he opens up very quickly. He would be happiest to live in a single dog home. Didymus has been showing signs of resource guarding which is causing tension with the other dogs in his foster home. After having to share his life with so many dogs in the past, he just wants his people and toys all to himself! Can’t blame him for that. Puppy Mill Rescue Team is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. We rescue discarded dogs and puppies from puppy mills and place them with ethical rescues that will care for their veterinary needs, house them in volunteer foster homes, and eventually adopt them into loving families. The PMRT also works to educate the public about puppy mills and supports efforts to eradicate the existence of the inhumane mass dog breeding facilities commonly known as puppy mills. The PMRT promotes choosing pet adoption, over purchasing online or from a pet store, as the vast majority of those are sourced by puppy mills.
