Meet Diamond

Meet Diamond: A Rough-and-Tumble Snugglebug with Tons of Love to Give!

Diamond is a dog with a big heart, a strong personality, and a love for life. She's got a lot of amazing qualities, but like all diamonds, she's got a few facets to polish. If you're the right person or family for her, she'll be your loyal best friend through thick and thin.

Here's what you should know:
* Doggy Dynamics: Diamond can live with other dogs, but they need to be her size or larger and okay with the occasional rough play. She's done great with dogs like a lab-mix puppy (even when they got in her face!), but she'll need slower introductions to more excitable dogs. She's not one for surprises but can coexist peacefully once everyone's chill.
* Human Boundaries: Diamond LOVES affection--snuggles and pets are her jam! That said, she can get a little overexcited and may gently mouth your face. It's not aggressive and stops immediately with correction, but it's best if her home has older kids or no kids to ensure everyone's comfortable.
* Energy & Exercise: This girl lives for her walks! Her hound instincts make sniffing and tracking her favorite activity, so one good walk a day works wonders for her mood and energy. When she's not on the move, she's happy to cuddle on the couch or nap at your feet.
* Behavior & Training: Diamond is incredibly smart and listens like a dream! She knows commands like "down," "stop," and "come," and will follow wherever you point. She's house-trained (not a single accident since day one!) and responds well to structure. She pulls a bit on walks, but with an easy-walk harness and some practice, she's improving every day.
* Anxious but Loyal: After being bounced around a lot, Diamond is a little nervous about being left behind. She's crate-trained and happy to sleep in it overnight, but she gets anxious if she's crated and you leave the house. With time, love, and stability, her separation anxiety is likely to improve.

Diamond needs a home where she can feel safe, secure, and loved. She's an amazing dog who just wants to be someone's everything. With her cuddly nature, eagerness to learn, and quirky charm, she'll make the perfect companion for someone looking for a true best friend.

Could you be the one to help this diamond shine?
