Hi, I'm Derek! Life with my previous owner was full of adventures. We spent our days together, living on the streets, and I was happy-free to roam, exploring the world. One day, though, she dropped me off at Blom's Creative Signs on Caillavet Street in Biloxi, asking the business owner to look after me for a while. I still don't know what happened to her. She never came back, and eventually, Biloxi Animal Control came for me and brought me here to the Humane Society.

I'm doing well now, but I do miss those days of freedom and the company of my old friend. I've been to adoption events, and every time, I've been a good boy, but I've had to return to the shelter after some of my friends found their homes. The kennel attendants here always tell me how smart and well-behaved I am. We have a blast together, playing in the yard, splashing around in the pool, and meeting new canine friends.

Now, I'm hoping my lucky day is coming soon. I'm ready for a forever home. So, what do you say? Pick me! Choose me. Love me. I promise I'll be your best friend.
