Meet Demi

Demi is a pitiful little girl whose life, before coming to Im-Paws-Able was horrid. She was part of a cruelty case when a dozen dogs were discovered in the woods tied to trees, with no food or water. All of the dogs at that location had their ears hacked off, clearly not by a vet. Demi was also heartworm positive.

Demi is currently on medication for her heartworm, which we will provide to her new family. Demi gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home, but is, naturally a bit shy, which is why we recommend a home without small children. She will need a patient family, like her foster family, who has done miracles bringing her out of her shell.
