Demarcus Shepherd Mix Des Moines, WA

Demarcus is currently in a foster home in Federal Way, WA and is available for meet and greets. He will receive her 3rd round of booster vaccination on 4/14 and will be ready to go home at that time.

Demarcus, 10 weeks old as of 4/9, male, shepherd mix. Demarcus and his two siblings were found wandering around a neighborhood. One of our fosters found them and brought them home in Texas.

We are guessing Demarcus will be a medium/large breed dog possibly weighing up to 70 lbs. He will do best in a home who is ready for all the rewards and challenges of raising a young puppy. He is not fully housebroken or crate trained and will need someone with the time, energy and patience for house-training and basic obedience.

Demarcus will need a fully fenced yard. He will grow into an active dog who will need structure and continued training. We are looking for a home who will continue to help Demarcus grow into a socialized friendly dog with both people and other four legged friends. We require that you sign up for puppy classes once he is fully vaccinated.

Demarcus is in a home with another dog and loves having a buddy.

We recommend a home with kids 5 years and older as puppies tend to jump and nibble as they are teething.

Puppies under 6 months of age are adopted out on a spay/neuter contract.

The first step in our process is filling out an application. We will review your application as soon as we are able- there are two of us and we do the best that we can. We review applications on a first come first serve basis and look for the best fit/match for the dog and applicant.
