Hi I am Delta! I was taken to the shelter as a stray... I was in rough shape. I was missing lots of hair and was full of infections. I did have a family, but they didn't want me anymore. Due to my age and my health, I was going to be put down. Enter my superhero, my foster mom, who saved my life.

After a few trips to the vet, my skin infection has cleared and my hair is growing back. I still struggle with ear infections and will need a family willing to help me work on those.

Despite everything, I am a happy boy and always have a smile on my face. I am making the most of this second chance at a good life. I am good with other dogs and love to play! I still have a ton of energy so don't let my age discourage you!

I am a big lap dog and want to be right near you. I know basic commands am house and crate trained. I am not really sure what kids are, but I am a good boy who will make a great dog for a family who can give me the love and attention I deserve.
