Delbert is playful and compassionate; she’s close to people and gets along well with other dogs and stays calm around cats. Could be a little shy when introduced to strangers, but can befriends quickly with the help of yummy treats. He’s potty trained to go outside or can go on pee pad when inside the house; crate trained to sleep overnight; not a barker or chewer. Delbert will make a great companion dog for any type of family that understands the responsibilities of raising a puppy.

Delbert’s story:
Delbert was born to a stray mother dog, Jenny; the stray family wandered in the neighborhood of a power plant and soon rounded up in the shelter. Their story was posted on social media; it caught the attention of the rescuer. Now being a member of our adoption program, Delbert is the lucky one. He went through a complete physical and proper foster training.
