Meet Dee-Dee
Meet Dee Dee! She came to us as a stray in January 2022 and was never reclaimed so what we know about her we've found out along the way! We think she's a 5 year old Shepherd mix of some kind with long, spindly legs and she weighs 60lbs.
Dee Dee has had dog friends at the shelter in the past but can be dog selective at times. She wants to wear the pants in the relationship and as long as the other dog understands that, everything should be fine. She cannot live with cats. She is pretty content with her life in the shelter and is used to the routine! She enjoys playing by herself with her toys and has a nice, cozy bed at night. She really has no complaints. Shelter staff feels bad for her and would like to see her go to her forever home!
Dee Dee knows basic cues and would benefit from continuing training, as most dogs would. If you're interested in meeting Dee Dee please fill out an application and we'll schedule a meet and greet! Her adoption fee is $50 which includes her spay, microchip and vaccinations.
