DB was found stray here in the Houston area. His age is anyone’s guess. The vet said 8 years old, but he plays like a 3 y/o pup! On second exam, they decided on 5 years as his age!! DB (Dirty Boy) has had a hard life and his coat is rough and dry felling and the white fur is a dingy grey. It is doubtful this boy has ever had a bath before. Though with each bath his coat gets a little brighter, he is not a fan of the bubbles!<br/><br/>DB has been seen by a dermatologist and has been diagnosed as having environmental allergies that will need lifelong treatment. He is never itchy, but his skin is red, his feet are swollen and his eyes water all the time. He has such a happy personality that he is compliant with treatment and is tolerating his weekly baths!<br/><br/>DB has a great appetite and will soon have some padding on his 25-pound frame! He will need to be fed in a kennel away from other while eating. He has a way to go before he can share food with a friend. <br/><br/>DB Is friendly and loves people. He is always ready for a good snuggle and loves being fussed over. He is not possessive of your attention. DB will share the loving if one hand keeps stroking his fur!
