This lucky girl has found her foster family but is definitely still looking for a forever home.

From Dazzle for fosters: This brilliant blue-eyed girl surely lives up to her name. Dazzle, a two-year old English bulldog-Husky mix, is a sweetie-pie. She wants to be loved and gives lots of cuddles in return. She is the perfect family dog--playful, loving, and very, very mellow. We have found her easy to walk on a lead and, although we have not had a lot of interactions with other dogs due to social distancing restrictions, during the few encounters that we have had, Dazzle was happy to calmly sniff around so it seems that she is able to socially adjust easily to other dogs. She is also a smart girl. She sits on command and is learning to lie down and shake. She even tolerates a bath quite easily! If we were staying in Colorado, we would adopt Dazzle in a heartbeat but as we live overseas most of the year, we are unable to do so. We know that there is a lucky family out there somewhere for this beautiful girl.

Dazzle is a high energy beautiful 2 year old husky mix. She Loves people and is great with others dogs. Dazzle is very much a Husky by nature and is ready to show you she can unlock any gate or find a hole in the fence. She is very smart and wants to please. Adopters will be asked to provide professional training for Dazzle to help her be her best dog.

Adopters will be considered on the totality of the application and how it matches the particular pet's needs.
We often adopt same day as the first visit an interview but it is not guaranteed. Some dogs will take multiple visits and adopters are approved based on the best fit for the particular animal being considered. We do not hold pets during the process.

Most dogs who come from the shelter will not be house trained.

We do not know or make guarantees that a dog or cat will do well with all children, other animals or is house-trained.

It is important everyone, especially all of the adults in the home, meet the potential new pet. Please also bring photo identification if you plan to adopt.

We also require that any family dogs come into meet your potential adoptee. Please be sure your dogs are spayed or neutered and current on vaccines (distemper - parvo and rabies) before bringing them to the shelter.

All dogs must be transported home in a travel crate to transport your new pup home safely.


Renters must provide a copy of a lease indicating pets are allowed or contact information for the landlord.
