Prepare to fall in love with Dax! This 4 year old, 73 lb, Black & Tan Coonhound is as sweet as they come. He is affectionate, sweet, and overall a well balanced pup that enjoys meeting new people & making new pup friends.
Given his breed, Dax will do best in a home with a yard and someone who is comfortable around large breeds/hounds. He loves to play around and romp but also take a long snooze. He is potty trained and doing well with learning that the crate is a safe space. He will benefit from someone who can continue confidence building as he decompresses from spending weeks at the shelter. Dax is healthy, neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.
