Dave's tail never stops wagging! He's just so happy to be a part of things. He's just so incredibly, genuinely affectionate and loving. He's a true cuddlebug. This approximately 1-year-old, 57 -lb. pup is thought to be a Shepherd mix and has beautiful markings.

When Dave is old enough (you decide) you can tell him he's adopted. But don't ever tell him he's a tri-pawed! He plays with all our other foster puppies, and has become the tuggy champion of the big dogs. Dave is the sweetest, most cuddly boy anyone could meet. When we walk in the door, Dave bops his head up with his big ears and gives us the biggest goofy smiles. We call him Derpy Dave the Brave. He is the sweetest, most affectionate, most grateful boy in the house. After play time, Dave's favorite activity of all is snuggles. Dave will thrive in almost any active home. He's very smart and would do well with someone who wants to train him to do tricks. He's an energetic boy, physically and mentally, so he needs someone to keep him engaged. Dave would be great with kids and other dogs. Dave is potty trained and loves to go on short walks. We've worked through some slight food aggression. He just needed to know there was enough to go around. We do recommend feeding separately and supervising for a short while if other dogs are in the home. Dave would be great with kids and other dogs.
