Meet Dasher
KARE is excited to introduce this new litter! The 6 littermates were dumped at a high kill shelter in rural Missouri. KARE was asked if we could take them and we jumped at the chance to get them out of there!
One of Dasher's littermates had a DNA test done and he is (most likely) 40% cattle dog! :) They are big kids and are estimated to be large dogs - around 60-70lbs full grown.
Herding dogs typically need a lot of space to roam (and sniff!) so we are requiring a large, fenced in yard. Please also note that Hound dogs can also be known to bark and bay. All of the puppies are friendly and outgoing!
We will update their profiles with more information about the individual personalities and needs shortly. More pics to come too!
They will be spayed and neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped prior to adoption.
Families with children under 5 years old will be required to come to KARE's facility on the Kitsap Peninsula for training prior to being approved for adoption.
No apartments, please.
KARE reserves the right to adopt to residents of Western Washington, only.
