Meet Darla
Meet Darla!
She's a 8-9 year old Hound/Bully mix looking for her forever home! Life has certainly put Darla through the ringer and she is ready to begin a new chapter of her life in her forever home. Darla has recently completed her second round of heartworm treatment and is raring to go! She was originally found as a stray and later adopted but found wondering shortly after. Sadly, those owners never came for her and she has spent the past 18 months waiting. Darla is wonderful with people and is currently a weekly visitor to a local assisted living facility. She does great with children and cannot get enough attention. Although she gets along well with her kennel mate, Max, she would be best in a home without other dogs as she does not like to share! Darla does not to well with cats or any small animals. She is a still an active girl in her golden years with no signs of slowing down but is far pass the notorious puppy stage! Darla will need a fenced in yard and close monitoring in the yard in her new home as she has a bit of a wandering spirit. Meet Darla!
