Check out this good looking boy we are calling Danny!
Danny is about 20 lbs and estimated around 12 months old. He is the standard average puppy who prefers your company, over being alone. He is a very social boy, and enjoys other dogs (all sizes), kitties, and even large parrots! This kiddo is a people dog, and does not discriminate (he loves everyone... male, female, younger, older). He also loves car rides, and could care less about thunderstorms or rain.
Danny has not had much experience on the leash, however, he seems to be ok with it. Additionally, he likes being close to you, so he typically isn't looking for opportunities to run off. He is currently sleeping in bed with his foster humans, along with their other 2 pups, and knows how to make himself at home.
Danny is currently working on his house-training. He seems to be fine for a few hours at a time, however, when you extend it for a full work day, he can't quite hold it in that long. During the workday he stays in a designated area, although he is ok with the crate too. And while he is more than capable to learn house-training at 100%, someone who is retired or someone who works from home, could be ideal for him.
It's important to note too that while Danny is small, he is still a good watch dog. He is alert, and barks if he hears any strange noises. He may be slightly sensitive though because car horns, car doors, and also other dogs barking, can capture his attention, so probably a home in a somewhat quiet environment would be best.
Danny loves to have fun. He is a very playful and happy boy. He loves fetch, and would love to have his own very yard to play in! If you would cherish an affectionate boy, and can make him feel like the world revolves around both (or all) of you, please complete an application per the link below:
