Meet Danny
Introducing Danny! This young male terrier mix is looking for a loving home. Danny is a sweetheart, but is a shy boy who needs a patient owner that will make him feel safe and help build his confidence. He warms up quickly after some pets and becomes quite a cuddle bug! Danny knows the "sit" command but is still learning other basic commands and would benefit from some training. He takes treats very gently. He is a handsome and lovable boy that would love to find a home.
The NAWS Dog Adoption Program operates as a rescue versus a shelter. We believe in matching the right dog with the appropriate family based on each specific dog or family's needs. To achieve this, we believe in spending the appropriate amount of time with each family to allow for enough interaction time with potential adopters. This cannot be achieved if people stop by unexpectedly to meet our dogs.
