Meet Danisha, an adorable 9-month-old lab mix who is looking for a loving family to call her own.

Danisha is a playful and loving girl who loves to play with her littermates and the other dogs in her foster home. As a younger puppy, Danisha developed a funny quirk where she would lie on top of the food bowl and block her siblings from eating, but she is learning to drop that habit! She is a smart girl who catches on quickly.

Danisha loves to get attention and pets from her humans. It only takes her a few minutes to get over her initial shyness and then she’s just a bucket of love!

Danisha sleeps through the night in her crate with her siblings without making a peep. She knows when it’s bedtime and calms down to go to sleep. Danisha also knows not to potty in her kennel, and at this time we’d consider her almost potty trained, although she will need some guidance from her new family when she enters the new environment. Danisha currently weighs around 45 lbs, and we think that she still has a little more growing to do.
