She wiggles from head to tail when she sees you, leans in for full-body snuggles, and loves nothing more than being close to her people. She also has a zest for the outdoors. She loves long, quiet walks, open spaces to explore, and room to stretch her legs and let her spirit shine. Since she's so full of energy and excitement, Dani would do best in a home away from the hustle and bustle of city life, where she can enjoy peaceful surroundings and the calm she deserves.<br/><br/>When Dani first arrived, we learned she was heartworm-positive. With patience, care, and plenty of love, she completed her treatment like a champ. Now healthy and thriving, she's ready for her next grand adventure: finding her family. Like many dogs who've had a tough start, Dani has a few quirks. She can be reactive around other dogs, but she's been working hard on her manners and making encouraging progress. With steady guidance, structure, and continued positive-reinforcement training, she can absolutely thrive. Her future family will receive ongoing behavior support before and after adoption so everyone feels confident and supported.<br/><br/>Dani has waited so patiently for her chance and for someone to see her as the loving, loyal, spirited canine companion she truly is.
