Meet Daisy! Daisy is a beautiful adult 4 year old Husky-Shar Pei-German Shepard mixed breed girl that came from Modesto California. She has the biggest heart!! She LOVES people and children of all ages. She is very sweet and has a great disposition. She is confident, curious and extremely adaptable. Truly just loves to be around people, she is so affectionate and loving with every human she meets!! She will likely do best in a single-dog home or in a home with a male dog. She has lived with other dogs and even slept in bed with cats. She's crate trained and fully house trained. She loves getting in the car and going for rides and while she's not super high energy, she would love to have ample playtime and go for walks and will make a wonderful adventure partner for someone and to go everywhere with her person or family. The first step to adopting a dog from SDH is to complete the adoption application. First click on the "OUR DOGS" tab up above, and then click on the orange colored "Fill out an Adoption Application here" button to start the process). Once submitted, please expect 3-5 business days or sooner for processing and to hear back from us. Once you are pre-approved, your adoption application will remain on file with us for 1 year and it can go towards multiple adoptions within that 1 year time frame before it expires. To finalize an adoption you must sign the adoption contract and pay the full adoption fee of $300.
