DAISY Pit Bull Terrier Hamilton, NJ

Hi - my name is Daisy! I am a 4-year old pit bull mix looking for my forever home. I was originally rescued before the pandemic from a Philadelphia animal shelter when I was just 8 months old. Unfortunately, my owner was losing his home and turned to PRM for help to find my forever home.

I am a big LOVEBUG! I love to bathe my people in sloppy wet kisses and I enjoy a good snuggle on the couch. I am completely housebroken and crate trained, but also do well in the house without a crate. I am a great all around gal and would be the perfect best friend for any family!

I do well with other dogs out in public or while seeing them on a walk, but I have never previously lived with another dog. The rescue thinks it would be best to place me in a home as the only pet. I am still working on my leash manners, I tend to pull to sniff and see everything!  However I do love my treats and will be very easy to work on it with :)

I have been overlooked for quite a few months because I'm black in color and a pitty mix. Did you know the black dogs in shelters are always the last to get adopted?  Please consider me, I am move in ready! I'm currently staying in a boarding kennel and would love to be in a home. I am already spayed, up to date on shots and Heartworm negative. A vet check will be conducted for each application for me and a solid vet history for current and past pets will be verified.
