-Can Live with Kids: No, Daisy was surrendered to the shelter for not doing well with the young kids in her home.

-Can Live with Cats: No, Daisy has a high prey drive and needs a cat-free home.

-Can Live with Dogs: *UPDATE AFTER DOG/DOG*

-Can do Apartment Living: No, d/t breed/energy level/activity needs. Hounds need lots of room to roam!

-Potty Trained: Unknown

-Bite History: No

-Positive Reward Based Obedience Classes Required: Not required but would certainly be beneficial!

-Energy Level: High

-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: Yes- spay/microchip

-Additional Information: Daisy is a young Hound who does not appear to have had much in the way of training/structure in her previous life. She can be skittish with new people, easily overwhelmed, and would do best in a clam household without tons of visitors/loud parties/etc. A rural home with lots of fenced acreage to explore would be great!! She'll need lots of exercise and mental stimulation to succeed (and stay our of trouble!) Daisy is highly food motivated, can teeter toward demand behaviors if not careful (demand barking, jumping, etc) Would do best with a dog-savvy adopter who has the time, experience, patience, and resources to help her become the best dog she can be! *Hound experience STRONGLY recommended*
