Daisy is a sweet little girl that has been rescued from a high kill shelter and was originally very emaciated. She needed some TLC and is now ready to move on into her forever home. She is a little shy at first meeting but she does warm up quickly. She is good on a leash and does well in the car. She likes to hang out with the resident dogs as that seems to give her some confidence. Daisy is very well behaved and quiet most of the time but she will chime in when the resident dogs bark. She does bark when excited but settles down with some gentle coaching so it is behavior that is easily controlled and other than when the fosters arrive home and meal time she is absolutely a quiet gal.
This little girl will do best in a home without small children or large breed dogs. Daisy absolutely loves going for walks and is very easy to walk on a leash but she does frighten at loud noises so quiet streets are best for her at this time. She would do well with another calm confident dog. She loves to hang out with the other dogs in the home and has really adopted them as part of her pack. She will need a gentle, patient and loving owner to give her time to feel comfortable in her new home. If you think you can provide a quiet loving home for Daisy, put in an application as Daisy is very anxious to meet her forever family.
