Daisy!! Cockapoo Mix Celina, OH

Daisy is a 4 year old Cockapoo that we rescued from a puppy mill. Daisy came in terrified of everything and has been in foster care for awhile so they could work with her. Daisy has come A LONG WAY. She's gentle and sensitive. Shy around new people, but has learned to trust 'her' humans and be a house pet. She does well with other dogs and would do best in a home with another dog. Daisy currently is in a foster home with two similar size dogs. She enjoys running and playing with them in the fenced in yard. She is skittish and nervous in noisy environments, sudden movements or loud noises. Daisy does have separation anxiety issues so will do best in a 'calm' home where her family is home most of the time. We feel that Daisy would do best in a home without children, as she really needs a quiet home. Daisy is now housetrained too. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and on heartworm/flea prevention. If you would like to give Daisy her forever home, please fill out an adoption application on our website www.aplmercer.com. YES, we do adopt out of state. If you have questions, please email us at info@aplmercer.com. Due to the high amount of calls coming in, we ask that you email us instead of calling. You will get a response faster by email!
Once the application has been filled out, the foster mom will call you and answer questions. If you do not hear back from us, please check in by email to see if we received your application or if the dog has already been adopted. We are all volunteers and so all adoptions are done by appointment only, once your application is approved.
All dogs over 6 months are spayed/neutered before adoption, no exceptions. All puppies not old enough to be spayed or neutered will require a spay/neuter contract.
We do NOT ship dogs, no exceptions.
*We do check vet references and require that you keep your dogs up on routine vet care, including heartworm prevention.
