Daisy's Story

Daisy is about 15 weeks female, She is spayed and up to date with her shots, worming and her lifetime microchip. <br/>Daisy and her 3 siblings were brought into the kill shelter and the owner wanted them euthanized. Yes, some owners down South will request that pups are euthanized. <br/>They had mange and had coccidia due the conditions that the owner was keeping them. Survivors Paws Animal Rescue was asked to step in to save them. We said YES!!<br/>All 4 puppies have been treated for the mange and coccidia and are well on the road to recovery.<br/>She is being foster in Vermont.<br/>Their adoption fee of $600.00 doesn't even touch their vet bill, boarding, food and transport costs.<br/><br/>Please DO NOT call to see if our dogs are still available. We require our application be filled out before we answer any questions. <br/><br/>Please call your veterinarian's office to grant permission for Survivor's Paws Animal Rescue to speak with them.<br/><br/>Adopt local. Please fill out the application on a computer, not a cell phone. We do NOT guarantee that you will get approved to adopt from us. We will be in contact with you as soon as we are ready to begin to process your application usually within 48 to 72 hours. The whole process can take a week or longer depending on how many applications we receive. Please understand we are volunteers, we work, have families and holidays on top of volunteering to save dogs on days off, evenings, and weekends.<br/><br/>We do NOT adopt to Massachusetts, Rhode Island at this time. All potential adopters with dogs must have them up to date on vaccinations, altered, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.
