"D" (Diesel) Labrador Retriever & Pit Bull Terrier Mix Rushville, IL

“D” is a one-year-old Lab/Pit mix. He came to us after suffering from a broken pelvis after being hit by a car. He is now fully recovered. D is Lyme disease positive. He has received his 30-day Doxycycline treatment. D is such an awesome dog! He weighs 77 lbs., rarely barks, follows directions well, and loves to lean into you for hugs!

All dogs up for adoption are spayed or neutered and are heartworm tested and will be up-to-date on distemper/parvo, kennel cough and rabies vaccinations. We also treat for worms and ear mites as well as flea and tick preventative.

We welcome visitors Tuesday evenings 4-7 p.m. Saturday mornings 9 a.m. to noon. Sundays 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. You may also schedule an appointment at a time that is more convenient for your schedule. Call 217-322-2220 if you have any questions or concerns.
