His coat was severely matted, and the hair around his eyes was so overgrown that he could barely see. After getting shaved down and cleaned up, this handsome boy is feeling so much better and finally ready to find a loving home. 💙<br/>Curly Joe is around 1 year old and is full of playful puppy energy, love, and personality. He enjoys attention, loves to play, and is always excited to be around people.
