MEET CUPID! AVAILABLE SOON - APPLY TODAY!
This beautiful girl (named after one of Santa's own reindeer) has come a long way since arriving at the high kill shelter when her owner could no longer care for her. No doubt about it, our beautiful brindle girl Cupid adjusted to shelter life in a short time and is now very much more loving and playful. She is very happy and eager to get in on with the fun! Cupid does very well interacting with people and with other dogs. When introduced to cats, she had no reaction other than giving them a quick sniff and then backing up. The shelter staff say it was wonderful to see Cupid much more relaxed and honestly happy to be out and about engaging with her people and the other dogs during photo time. Finding a good friend in our Labby boy Pongo, the two of them seemed to really enjoy each other's company. It was also heartwarming to see Cupid stroll on over and desire to nicely chill and be near our youth volunteer. Arriving with her best friend Donner who has already left for rescue, Cupid is hoping that soon it will be her turn to exit the shelter and begin her new life as a full time member of a family. She is listed as a Bully mix, is approx. 4 years old and weighs approximately 55 pounds. Cupid is spayed, micro-chipped and current with vaccines. She has recently tested negative for heart-worm disease and she is on preventatives. Cupid's suggested adoption donation is $325.00 to help recover some of the cost of the rescue's ongoing vet bills. If you would like to adopt or foster Cupid when she arrives on transport on Dec. 19th, please submit the adoption application through our website OneLifeToLiveRescue.com. A rescue volunteer will then be in touch quickly to answer any questions that you might have and to tell you about our "Foster-to-Adopt" option. Thank you for considering a beautiful, rescued Bully mix girl!! Great news.... Cupid was adopted by her foster mom and dad today! She will now be spending her "happily-ever-after" in Archbald right along with her two OLTL doggie brothers, Jax (formerly known as "Pilgrim") and Axel (formerly known as "Anthony").

PLEASE READ: If you are serious about adopting or fostering one of our dogs or puppies, you must first complete and submit an adoption application on our website at www.OneLifeToLiveRescue.com.. The application is ALWAYS the first step in our adoption process. Please do not contact us through pet finder or emails us since that will only be a waste of our time and yours. Much care is taken to include as much information on each dog or puppy as we have on-hand at the time the dogs are posted. Dogs who have adoptions scheduled are marked as "pending" and we will not be taking any applications on those dogs.
We will not adopt a dog to you if all of your current pets are not spayed/neutered. This is a non-negotiable policy. All cats and dogs MUST be up-to-date with their rabies vaccinations, including indoor only cats.

We are trying to strictly follow all suggested safety precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic. All recommendations will be respected with as limited person-to-person contact as allowed. Masks are again required at this time during any and all interaction with others.. We promise to do our best to keep everyone safe while helping our dogs find loving homes during these trying times.
